HR Director Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR professional to help us scale our team from 10 to 100 employees. This is a remote first role where you will be building the engine while we drive the car.Scaling: Design and implement scalable HR infrastructure that supports a fully remote workforce. This includes creating efficient processes for hiring, onboarding, and employee management.Talent Acquisition: Lead aggressive but quality-focused hiring sprints.
