Job Description: Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including timely general ledger close
  • Prepare and submit Financial Statements in accordance with IGAAP/IFRS, Local Corporate Tax reports, and Other financial reports to Revenue/Statutory authorities/Auditors
  • Examine financial accounts for fraud /errors & establish / enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Assess, create, and enhance departmental controls, systems, and practices
  • Ensure that financial records, policies, and practices comply with corporate and country laws and requirements
  • Recruit, educate, and inspire accounting department team members
  • Providing support for internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with other Regional and Corporate Teams
  • Implementation of new solutions and tools
  • Keep up with recent financial industry trends and developments

Qualifications and Skills: -

Candidate should be self driven, have a very positive attitude & possess with below qualifications/skills

  • 8-12 Years experience in Accounting (CA Mandatory)
  • Experience in Tally, Quick books, SAP and Excel/PPT.
