Job Title:Jr. Design ExpertAbout the Role:This is a full-time on-site position for a Jr. Design Expert located in Chennai. The primary objective of this role is to assist in designing architectural projects, preparing layouts, and drafting detailed plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with a diverse team, providing support in the integration of design solutions, and ensuring the seamless execution of architectural projects. Additionally, the Jr. Design Expert will help manage project processes and deadlines effectively.Responsibilities & Deliverables:- Assist in designing architectural projects, including preparing layouts and drafting detailed plans- Collaborate with a diverse team, including designers, engineers, and project managers- Provide support in integrating design solutions, ensuring seamless project execution- Manage project processes and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely completionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural DesignExperience in Project Management and ability to execute tasks within set timelinesKnowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and processesAttention to detail, creative problem solving, and ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in relevant CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) is a plusBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldExperience in construction practices and building codes is advantageousBenefits:The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
