The role involves assisting in conceptualizing and designing visuals for various branding and marketing projects, including graphics, web design, and logo design. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to develop creative concepts, creating unique designs to align with branding guidelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for digital and print mediums.Core ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and execute marketing creatives, design brand collaterals, and short animations. Work with content and AM teams to ensure quality design output.Required Skills / ToolsFigma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects / Jitter (bonus), Canva; UI/UX knowledge is a plus.Key CompetenciesCreative ideation, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, technical proficiency.Performance Metrics / KPIsQuality of creative output, innovation, adherence to briefs, speed and accuracy.Cultural Fit IndicatorsStrong design intent, collaborative, experimental, takes initiative.Interview Evaluation CriteriaPortfolio depth, design logic, conceptual ability, response to feedback.How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume with Mandatory portfolio Email to: hr@bunjy.co Location: Chennai
