We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and delivering AI solutions to our clients.Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for learning the ins-and-outs of our AI platform, working on new implementations for clients, building AI agents on our platform using Agent Studio, conducting technical analysis and workshops with clients to design integrations for these AI agents, preparing Solution Design documents, leading successful implementation of AI agents and integrations, and utilizing your software development skills to enhance our product portfolio.Required Skills and QualificationsBack-end software development experience in Python (3+ years)Solution design experience, preferably for integrations. Experience creating solution design diagrams to effectively convey designs (e.g. data model diagrams, data flow diagrams, component diagrams, C4 diagrams, sequence diagrams).Experience working closely with software/enterprise architectsHighly proficient with APIs and integrationsUnderstanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)Understanding of JSON & XMLExperience using API tools like Postman or InsomniaExperience with middleware/iPaaS tools is preferableExcellent written and communication skillsExcellent technical documentation skillsAnalytical thinker with good problem-solving skillsGeneral understanding of AI technologies and terminologiesBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar areasBenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect to work with a talented group of individuals who share your passion for AI and technology.
