About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to design, build and maintain Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and experience in integrating with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.Key Responsibilities:Design and build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.The successful candidate will be able to work within our AI governance and acceptable use framework, ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable and meet the required standards.Desirable skills include Azure AI/OpenAI Services & Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps, familiarity with responsible AI principles, and programming exposure (Python, JavaScript or C#).RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Pages.Experience in designing, building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows.Ability to implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes.Familiarity with Azure AI/OpenAI Services and Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps.Programming skills (Python, JavaScript or C#).A degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable, as well as relevant certifications such as PL-100/200/400/600.
