About the PositionThis role involves providing expert advice on solution design and process optimization for Manufacturing & Production modules in SyteLine/CSI.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end solutions for Manufacturing & Production modules, including configuration and optimization of related modules.Analyze business processes and map requirements to SyteLine best practices.Provide guidance on Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Quality Control, and Order Management.Lead full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure integrated solutions.Resolve complex functional issues and recommend process improvements.Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support.Act as a senior authority for manufacturing-related ERP decisions.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have: 15+ years of experience in Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)Expertise in solution design and process optimization for Manufacturing & Production modulesStrong knowledge of APS, MRP, Inventory Management, Quality Control, and Order ManagementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and leadership skillsBenefitsThis position offers a challenging opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your expertise, and make a meaningful impact on the organization.
