What do we expect from you?

As a Performance Marketing Associate , you will play a key role in executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to help manage ad campaigns, track performance, and optimize conversions. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall growth.

This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in performance marketing while contributing to impactful campaigns that support Novatr’s rapid expansion.

You are/demonstrate:

  • A data-driven marketer with a passion for digital advertising and paid marketing.
  • A proactive learner who stays current on the latest trends in performance marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

You’re good at:

  • Assisting in the execution of paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
  • Analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.


Extra Awesome if you are:

  • Experienced in working with ad management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about A/B testing and how to improve conversion rates through experimentation.
  • Skilled in managing budgets and forecasts for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Passionate about Ed-Tech and eager to make a meaningful impact in this space.


Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns for paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.


What is mandatory?

  • A solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with tracking and optimizing campaigns for key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities.


What is not mandatory?

  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech, though it's a plus.
