Key Purpose of role: Customer Order Management & Logistics coordination with vendors
Principal accountabilities and responsibilities:
Ensure continuous product availability, in-line with Erba's stock and supply policy.Control the full order & delivery cycle execution and performance, keeping higñ priority/focus on ensuring customer orders are executed on time, by closely following up with Erba sites Purchasing teams, customer service & logistics.
Exception management follow up, e.g. supply shortfalls. Support decision making process for product allocation and prioritizations in case of product shortages.
Proactively facilitating, optimizing best practices & consensus between functional stakeholders (Global Service, Purchasing, production, Finance).
Active contribution to the yearly budgeting process as well as sales estimate processes.
KPIS : Backorders, Customer Satisfaction, Service level.
Time execution of shipment with duly coordination with internal & external stakeholder
Weekly reporting on EDPMS submission & discrepancy if any
Weekly reporting on Export shipment dispatch tracking
Principal Internal Interactions:Dubai Customer support team Factory production & Logistics team, TBM Planning team, TBM Finance team & TBM Sales team
Principal External Interactions:Logistics vendors Interactions with customers
Job Specifications: : Experience Essential skill Desirable SkillsQualification Work : Graduate / 6-8 Exp.Experience : Order Effective : ERP working knowledgePostgraduate Management communication & (Preferred in Oracle) handling with analytical skills Logistics
