Shopify E-commerce ExpertWe're seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end Shopify store development. This expert will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and conversion-optimized e-commerce experiences.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of hands-on expertise in theme development, customization, and performance optimization. They will independently manage store development, working with a wide range of technologies including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Key Responsibilities:Theme Development: Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Design Implementation: Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify storefronts.Store Configuration: Configure and manage store functionalities — including product catalogs, variants, filters, and checkout flows.Integration Management: Integrate and manage third-party apps, CRMs, ERPs, analytics, and APIs (payment gateways, shipping, inventory, etc.).Global Store Compatibility: Ensure global store compatibility (multi-language, multi-currency, and region-specific tax/shipping rules).Performance Optimization: Optimize store performance using best practices in caching, lazy loading, and code minification.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization for improving store UX and sales performance.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve Liquid errors, layout issues, and performance bottlenecks.SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO best practices (schema markup, redirects, canonical tags, meta optimization).Version Control: Maintain Git-based version control and provide clear documentation for internal teams.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in Shopify development, along with expertise in theme development, customization, and performance optimization. You'll also require strong skills in coding languages such as Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.Bonus Points:If you have experience working with third-party apps, CRMs, ERPs, analytics, and APIs, that's a definite plus. Additionally, if you're familiar with global store compatibility, A/B testing, and SEO best practices, that's a big bonus.
