We are seeking a seasoned EDI expert to support our global customers with electronic data interchange operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage EDI integrations, onboarding, and coordination with global customers worldwide.Handle EDI workflows using Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway effectively.Support existing EDI transactions (850/855/856/810) and additional customer requests promptly.Collaborate with IT and business teams for seamless integration of enterprise resource planning and electronic data interchange.Work with IBM Sterling at a functional level—supporting minimal configurations and coordination with the value-added network team.Lead communication with trading partners for smooth execution of transactions.Mandatory Skills:Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS, especially Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (inbound/outbound processing).Exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination.Solid understanding of electronic data interchange standards: X12, EDIFACT.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Good to Have:Experience with global electronic data interchange implementations (US/EU/APAC).Familiarity with transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.
