Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the execution team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet project goals.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any risks or obstacles that may affect delivery.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
  • Manage team workload and capacity to ensure efficient use of skills and time.
  • Coordinate with other departments or teams to optimise resources and ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the execution team and founding member of the company.
  • Communicate project updates, progress reports, and any issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of team activities with stakeholder expectations.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously analyse and improve team processes to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance execution.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or streamlining of workflows.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project execution.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
  • Proactively address challenges that arise during the execution phase.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor team and project performance.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
