About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering measurable ROI, along with the ability to strategize, execute, and refine campaigns. Experience with other ad platforms or formats (e.g., YouTube, Programmatic, Display, Native Ads) will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Develop ad copy, creatives (in collaboration with design team if needed), and landing page recommendations.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Suggest and test new channels or ad formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in running and managing paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Strong understanding of ad metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, Programmatic, or Native platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Meta Blueprint.
Engagement Type:
