Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: Bommanahalli, BangaloreYears of Experience: 1 to 3 yearsWork Type: Work from OfficeShift Type: Rotational ShiftAs an HR Executive at Side, you will be integral to our HR Operations team, responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will assist in Onboarding, performance management, and maintaining employee records, contributing to the overall success of our workforce.Responsibilities: Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate with new hires for required documentation. Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions. Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization. Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats. Update HR systems with new hire information, changes, and exits. Ensure confidentiality and compliance in record keeping. Manage employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions. Support in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave data. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Promote HR programs to create an efficient, positive, and conflict-free workplace. Organize and coordinate half-yearly and annual performance reviews. Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks. Manage employee resignation and exit process. Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper clearance. Process final settlement documentation in coordination with relevant departments. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and databases. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
