Junior Human Resource Executive — Kingston Educational Institute About Kingston Educational Institute (KEI): Kingston Educational Institute (KEI) is a 28-acre multidisciplinary educational ecosystem in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal — comprising Kingston Law College, Kingston School of Management & Science, Kingston Polytechnic College, Kingston Teachers’ Training College, Kingston Model School, and Kingston General Hospital. KEI is dedicated to academic excellence, institutional governance, and people development through innovation and technology. The Human Resource Department at KEI is currently leading a digital transformation initiative, implementing HR Information Systems (HRIS), performance management frameworks, and data-driven HR analytics across all campuses and business units. Role Overview: The Junior Human Resource Executive will support the institution’s HR operations by handling recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance management, exit processes, and employee feedback mechanisms. The role will also contribute to the implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS), support the development of HR analytics dashboards, and ensure effective coordination between the Barasat campus and the Madhyamgram corporate office. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic, administrative, and hospital staff — from job posting to onboarding. Conduct and document exit interviews; maintain attrition and retention data. Administer and update employee leave records, attendance databases, and personal files across campuses. Support the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure the accuracy of employee master data. Assist in the rollout of performance management systems (goal setting, appraisal tracking, and review cycles). Compile HR analytics reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Facilitate employee feedback surveys, engagement programs, and policy communication. Liaise with accounts and compliance teams for payroll coordination and HR audits. Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR analytics — preferably in education or healthcare sectors. Strong understanding of HRIS tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.) and HR process automation. Familiarity with HR analytics, performance tracking systems, and employee engagement frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR software.
