Job Title: Senior ExecutiveJob DescriptionThe MRO procurement team plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, and management of materials required for maintenance, repair, and operational activities.Responsibilities* Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.* Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.* Manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted plant operations.* Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.* Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand their requirements.* Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).* 6–9 years of relevant experience in MRO procurement preferably in manufacturing or heavy engineering industries.
