Role: Project ManagerLocation: Chennai and HyderabadExperience : 5 to 9 YearsWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ERP transformation, a strong command of project management tools and methodologies, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.This role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors, while ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and strong client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using leading project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.2. ERP Implementation LeadershipLead end-to-end ERP implementations, from project initiation and requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment stabilization.Drive continuous system improvement and optimization in collaboration with business and IT teams.Ensure adherence to ERP best practices and implementation frameworks.3. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Present project updates, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.Partner with business leaders to ensure the solution meets strategic and operational needs.4. Cross-Functional Team LeadershipLead and coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.Foster collaboration and accountability across technical, functional, and business workstreams.Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and motivation to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.5. Change, Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.Support change management and training initiatives to facilitate user adoption and smooth transition.6. Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure ERP solutions meet defined business, functional, and technical requirements.Oversee quality assurance processes, testing strategies, validation, and compliance audits.Maintain documentation and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.7. Vendor & Partner ManagementEvaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure performance alignment with project goals.Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and escalation procedures effectively.8. Budget & Cost ManagementDevelop and manage ERP project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Track and report on project financials, variances, and ROI.Requirements:5–9 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.Proven success in large-scale ERP deployments across multiple business units or geographies.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).Strong understanding of ERP systems.Excellent client-facing and communication skills — ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners in complex project environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ERP system certifications (e.g., SAP Certified) is a plus.Why Join Us:This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead transformative ERP programs and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s technology landscape.
