The ideal candidate must come from the outsourcing industry and be able to strategise, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns targeting international markets. Develop and implement lead generation strategies for outsourcing/virtual staffing services. Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad performance analytics. Analyse data to improve ROI, CPL, and overall campaign performance. Build landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives aligned with campaign goals. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion. Manage SEO, content strategy, and overall digital presence. Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Stay updated with global digital marketing trends and platform updates. Required Skills & Experience: 6–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for international markets . Proven experience running Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads for lead gen campaigns. Prior experience in the outsourcing / offshore staffing / BPO services industry is mandatory . Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools. Ability to manage large ad budgets and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
