Program Officer Job OverviewThis role is a great opportunity to strengthen the quality of programs and its program management based out of Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be managing grant partner relationships, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective budget utilization.The position involves collating data for the grant program's MIS at the central level, conducting regular field visits to monitor project progress, and guaranteeing implementation aligns with approved strategies.You will also develop case studies, comprehensive reports, and document best practices to produce high-quality outputs. Additionally, you will work with partner organizations to ensure operationalization of projects and provide coordination support for day-to-day functions across projects and themes in high-pressure situations.Your success in this role will depend on timely submission of progress reports and prudent utilization of allocated budgets as per terms and conditions of partnership agreements.You will also build the programme's visibility on various platforms and ensure all ethical requirements are met for content creation and dissemination.Key Responsibilities:Manage grant partner relationships and monitor progressCollate data for the grant program's MISConduct regular field visits to monitor project progressDevelop case studies and comprehensive reportsGuarantee implementation aligns with approved strategiesProvide coordination support for day-to-day functionsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
