Finance Business Process Manager

Global Process ExpertAs a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process standardization, simplification and automation across transactional activities.Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement efficient end-to-end solutions, and drive business growth.Principal Accountabilities:Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) in the transactional area.Develop in-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and SAP experience to guide service providers in improving operational efficiency.Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotic process automation (RPA).Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.Monitor and ensure consistent levels of service delivery by service providers, engaging with units to improve or sustain them.Define and update the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), review and resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.Provide guidance and support to businesses through the implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and regulations.Benefits:Contribute to the development of effective and efficient processes.Gain valuable experience in process standardization, RPA, and regulatory compliance.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
