Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central users. This includes mentoring and training other support specialists, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and documenting all work both internally and client-facing.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and train junior support specialists in Business Central best practices.Provide timely and effective support for Business Central users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Hands-on experience with Business Central, including its modules and features.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.A strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.The ability to document all work, both internally and client-facing, and to work independently as well as within a small project group.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
