Lead Designer for Test SolutionsThe test design lead is responsible for driving the creation of comprehensive test strategies and methodologies for complex digital designs.The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of design-for-test (DFT) concepts, along with hands-on experience in scan insertion, automatic test pattern generation (ATPG), coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis. They should also be proficient in scripting languages such as Perl and shell.Key responsibilities include:Defining timing constraints and providing corrective actions for timing violationsDeveloping and implementing efficient test strategiesCreating and executing RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and memory BIST (MBIST) test vectorsEnsuring adherence to DFT design rules using RTL lint tools and ATPG toolsFamiliarity with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is highly valuedTo succeed in this role, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and good English language proficiency are essential. The ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies, as well as multitasking and working on several high-priority designs simultaneously, are also critical.
