As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll help craft these experiences from the ground up.You’ll be involved in everything from research to wireframes, translating product goals into flows that feel effortless. Alongside that, you’ll mentor junior designers and play a key role in how we think, build, and grow as a design team.If you’re someone who cares about real impact and thoughtful design, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX design for complex digital products across web and mobile platformsOwn the end-to-end process: research, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testingTranslate user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive, and impactful experiencesPlan project timelines, manage your own milestones, and collaborate across internal design teamsWork directly with co-founders and design leads to shape strategy and present your work with clarity and convictionMaintain high design quality while pushing for new ideas and approachesMentor junior designers and help build a strong, collaborative design cultureRequirements 3+ years of hands-on UX design experience with a strong grasp of end-to-end UX Design thinkingA portfolio that shows your design process, not just final screensSolid experience in user research planning, conducting, and translating insights into actionable designSharp interaction design skills and an eye for usability and structureStrong communication skills, both in how you present work and how you work with othersAbility to manage priorities across multiple projects without losing the detailsA collaborative, self-driven mindset with a willingness to own and improve the processIf you think you're the right fit, please share your resume at vedika@onething.design.You will hear from us if your profile gets shortlisted.
