Senior Security Architect Our team owns the critical crypto services powering large-scale cloud systems. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities with multiple services to support. Key qualifications include familiarity with core cloud architecture and strong security expertise, ideally backed by experience in Identity or Crypto areas as an architect/Principal Engineer at a major Hyperscaler. We must adapt to the growth in regions, which exposes us to new challenges and significant security problems to solve in managing all these regions and realms securely, covering everything from crypto to identity to access and permissions. Responsibilities Delivering and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems with 15+ years of experience.Security engineering, computer and network security, security protocols, and applied cryptography knowledge.Strong data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.Understanding databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.Guiding internal teams on secure architecture design and onboarding new technologies.Collaborating with internal architects and service teams to assess security risks and maintain high security standards.Experience with supporting security programs and security engineering/architecture in complex enterprise environments.
