Job OverviewWe are seeking an Application Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, product managers, and third-party groups to ensure that our products are secure.As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Information Security in ensuring the security of our cloud and on-prem applications.The role involves participating in and supporting application security reviews and threat modeling, including code review and dynamic testing. You will also own and perform application security vulnerability management, facilitate and support the preparation of security releases, and consult with product and development teams in application security.Key Responsibilities:Supporting application security reviews and threat modeling, including code review and dynamic testingOwning and performing application security vulnerability managementFacilitating and supporting the preparation of security releasesConsulting with product and development teams in application securityRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.
