Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role requires expertise in performance analysis, budget management, audience targeting, A/B testing, and collaboration with internal teams to drive campaign success. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a digital agency environment, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with analytics tools and audience strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, monitor performance using analytics tools, and generate detailed reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management: Allocate budgets strategically to maximise ROI while adhering to client constraints.
Audience Targeting: Implement precise audience segmentation and targeting strategies for effective outreach.
Ad Copy & Creative Input: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to determine the most impactful strategies for campaign elements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
Experience:
3–5 years managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and others.
Proven success in exceeding campaign performance goals.
Over three years in a digital agency environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and tracking systems.
Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are desirable.
Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration with paid campaigns.
Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI .
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
