This pivotal role combines artistic vision with technical expertise, ensuring high-quality output across various mediums.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from concept to delivery.Drive excellence in 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling motion-first executions.Elevate visual fidelity, consistency, and brand adherence across deliverables.Required Skills & Qualifications:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard tools.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.About Us:We are a forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
