Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Creative & Technical ExecutionDirect and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Supervise pack-shot adaptation, beauty retouching, and complex compositing across global campaigns.About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic environment.
