Job Description:Job Title: Operations Manager, AVPLocation: Jaipur/Bangalore, IndiaRole DescriptionVP is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of an organization by leading business operations. Their duties include consulting with senior leadership personnel to determine business goals or initiatives, visiting with Directors or Department Managers to relay information about company needs and reviewing operational data to make inferences about their organization's success.VP should have command on the business domain and should be familiar with Investment banking concepts specifically related to German markets/European markets. Domain knowledge on one or multiple sub-domains is preferred. Ensure all transformations are successfully absorbed with no service disruptionTalent Development: Identify Skill gaps, provide training and development opportunities for operations staff and foster a culture of continuous learningStakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate operational updates, challenges and strategic initiatives to Senior Management, Council Members and Other stakeholdersQuality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to Service Level AgreementsTeam Development: Recruit, hire, train and mentor operations manager and staff members providing guidance and support for their professional growthPerformance Management: Set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues within the teamWorkforce Planning: Assess staffing needs, develop staffing strategies an create succession plans to ensure adequate staffing levels and talent pipelineEmployee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee satisfaction and engagement, and implement initiatives to enhance employee moraleDiversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the operations team, fostering an inclusive work environment that values different perspectives and experiencesYour skills and experienceBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
