Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Trainer to train and guide our sales and marketing team in effectively selling JEE and NEET courses to prospective students. The trainer will develop training modules, deliver workshops, and conduct hands-on coaching to improve the team’s selling techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales and marketing strategies, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing coaching to help the sales team effectively communicate the benefits of our JEE and NEET courses to students and parents.
- Assess training needs and customize training sessions based on team requirements and feedback.
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their sales techniques.
- Stay updated with market trends in the education sector and ensure training materials align with current best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, ideally in the education or ed-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the JEE and NEET exams and the challenges students face.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training styles to meet individual and team needs.
