Job Opportunity:Maintain and Enhance Business Systems with Expert SupportJob DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:Provide guidance to junior support specialists through mentorship and training.Deliver first- and second-level technical support for Business Central users, both on-premise and cloud-based.Offer assistance to users experiencing issues with the system, including configuration problems, data errors, and user-related issues.Manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides for future reference.Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure seamless integration.Assist with user training and onboarding processes.Work closely with IT and business teams to optimize system performance and improve processes.Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or process improvements.Coordinate learning paths and training plans for the support team with management.Maintain accurate records of work, both internally and client-facing.Balance independent work with collaboration in small project groups.Follow established project plans to complete tasks by designated due dates.Regularly communicate progress on assigned tasks.The Ideal Candidate: Possesses hands-on experience with Business Central, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Our technology experts are collaborative, engaged, and thrive in direct client interactions to implement business processes under their expertise. We value professionals who stay current on software application capabilities and product knowledge. These individuals are team-oriented and comfortable leading implementations, upgrades, or support for clients.Required Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge of financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.Proficiency in multiple ISV products.Familiarity with PowerBI and PowerAutomate.Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.Ability to interact with clients as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in Smart-Sheets.Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports.About the Company:Our organization specializes in technology-enabled professional services.
