Know more about us on https://turbostart.coWhat we're looking for:Role: Visual Communication DesignerLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Hybrid)Experience Required: 2-3 yearsWhat You'll Do:Develop visually appealing and cohesive visual stories for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and more.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for creating compelling visual narratives.Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines in all visual materials.Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline the flow of visual narratives, ensuring a seamless and engaging storytelling experience.Edit and enhance visual content to meet the company's standards.Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas into visual storytelling.Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align visual storytelling with overall marketing strategies.Incorporate feedback and iterate on visual content based on input from various teams.Our ideal candidate:Has a strong understanding of brand guidelines and an ability to flush multiple design optionsHas hands-on experience in creating compelling designs, layouts, or templatesWhy Join Us?Work on high-impact, cutting-edge visuals for different brands/organisationsBe part of an innovation-driven teamGrow with career advancement opportunities and continuous learningWork in an environment that blends corporate structure with startup agility.
