Visual Communications Specialist

Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity.Your workday would involve thinking, acting and designing for digital platforms. You will develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines.Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics and deliverables to support superior digital marketing efforts.Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer-centric.Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates and layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.You will also analyze, report and improve your designs iteratively with each initiative. We are looking for someone who can refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high-quality creative outcomes.The qualifying criteria include a powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities and technical expertise; preferably with business cases. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics is required.Additionally, you should have 0-1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, among others. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills are essential. Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor is a must.
