Senior Sales DirectorThis senior leadership role exists to drive revenue growth for the Eurasia region and represent it in building a cohesive Brand Contribution Strategy. The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and positive relationships with key stakeholders.To achieve this, the Senior Sales Director will set strategic goals, champion our Brands, and apply corporate policies and regional Commercial strategy. They will foster an innovative environment and channel technical expertise to continually rethink existing processes, policies, and procedures.Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the Commercial leadership team to develop strategies that improve business results for the region.Complexity: This role involves oversight of a regional budget covering the regional sales and marketing plan and influencing budgets for managed properties through review and feedback.The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to make decisions that could significantly impact the financial position of the region or reputation of the Company in the market.Travel Requirements: The position is based in Gurgaon Support Office and requires approximately 30% travel. Most travel will be to visit sales accounts and key business partners across the region and occasionally the Regional EMEA office in London.Requirements and Qualifications: Significant experience in hotel revenue management and distribution with sales and marketing exposure at a senior and multiple property level. Experienced in international hotel environments with a diverse product range. People management experience is a must, preferably with experience of managing senior remote reporting relationships. Proficient in management and system reporting tools. Fluent in spoken and written English, with an additional EMEA language being advantageous. Experience of navigating owner and franchisee relations is required. Strategic planning experience and proven success in commercial management are essential.
