🔹 Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days


As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end collections activities, ensuring smooth and timely processing of accounts receivables. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the efficiency of our Order to Cash operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Collections: Handle the collections of outstanding invoices for US-based clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of aged receivables.

✅ Cash Application: Ensure accurate cash application for payments received, and monitor the reconciliation of accounts.

✅ Client Communication: Work closely with clients, addressing their queries, and negotiating payment terms as necessary.

✅ Dispute Management: Investigate and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to invoicing or payments.

✅ Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on collections, outstanding accounts, and trends for management review.
