Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of SuccessFactors Platform, with a strong understanding of module specific incidents and problems management.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the half-yearly releases of SuccessFactors, ensuring the system is running smoothly through regular maintenance and updates.This role requires excellent customer service abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to conduct SF Compensation and Performance Goals Management training.Required Skills and QualificationsSuccessFactors Expertise:Good understanding of SuccessFactors PlatformSuccessFactors Employee Central Core with Active certificationSuccessFactors Performance and Goal ManagementBenefitsThis role offers continuous support to projects, addressing any issues or queries related to SuccessFactors modules, and providing comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met, and providing updates on system performance and enhancements.OthersKey Responsibilities:User Training and DocumentationSystem MaintenanceIncident ManagementPerformance MonitoringCompliance and Best Practices
