Job Title: Project ManagerThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of digital transformation programs.This involves driving key aspects, partnering closely with customers, internal teams, and leaders to ensure measurable outcomes in various areas.Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure across multiple projects.Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules aligned to our methodology.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, forecasts, and billing milestones to ensure compliance.Additionally, they will identify opportunities for growth in collaboration with Account Managers and Solution Architects.This role requires a strong understanding of asset management processes, as well as experience managing projects integrated with systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo.The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project management of SaaS, ERP, or EAM implementations, preferably in industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Utilities.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana is required.Proven success in managing large-scale programs is essential.The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate between onshore and offshore resources to ensure seamless delivery.They will also provide direction, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery velocity across all workstreams.Mentor junior project leads on delivery excellence, communication, and governance best practices.Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively.The Project Manager will oversee testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition to support.Track business impact metrics post-deployment, such as reliability KPIs, safety metrics, and schedule compliance.Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent is required.Project Management certification preferred: PMP / PRINCE2.
