Digital Transformation Specialist

Job TitleWe are seeking a seasoned expert in utility operations to lead our team's efforts in delivering digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of utility operations, including customer experience, meter-to-cash, field service, outage management, metering, billing & collections, asset operations, and water/gas network operations.The selected candidate will collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to shape industry-aligned solutions for global utility clients.Presales experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.The role requires the ability to translate industry challenges into structured business requirements, use cases, and solution components across process, application, integration, and data layers.The successful candidate will work with architects and SMEs to define to-be process flows, functional designs, and high-level solution architectures.Additionally, the individual will support effort estimation, delivery planning, and resourcing based on functional scope.Staying updated on digital themes influencing utilities (AMI 2.0, DER, AI/ML, cloud, portals, mobile workforce solutions, etc.) is essential for this position.The candidate will lead or contribute to assessments, discovery phases, roadmap creation, PoCs/accelerators, and similar early-stage consulting engagements.Facilitating client workshops to document as-is processes and define to-be journeys aligned with best practices is a key responsibility.The selected individual will convert ambiguous client inputs into clear and structured requirements and opportunity narratives.Ensuring alignment and continuity between early-stage consulting and downstream delivery teams is crucial for success.Key ResponsibilitiesUtility Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of utility operations, including customer experience, meter-to-cash, field service, outage management, metering, billing & collections, asset operations, and water/gas network operations.Solution Development: Ability to translate industry challenges into structured business requirements, use cases, and solution components across process, application, integration, and data layers.Collaboration: Collaboration with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to shape industry-aligned solutions for global utility clients.BenefitsOpportunity for Growth: Staying updated on digital themes influencing utilities (AMI 2.0, DER, AI/ML, cloud, portals, mobile workforce solutions, etc.).Team Collaboration: Collaboration with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to shape industry-aligned solutions for global utility clients.
