Job Title: Resort Manager

Location: Chikkamagaluru

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Resort Manager who can lead operations, manage teams, and ensure a great customer experience. If you love solving problems, leading people, and making sure everything runs smoothly, this is the role for you The ideal candidate is someone who can handle challenges with confidence, communicate effectively, and take ownership of the role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and solve last-minute challenges with ease.
  • Attend to customers in person, listen to their needs, and provide clear, logical solutions.
  • Lead field sales efforts to drive demand and revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor your team, giving them the right feedback to grow and perform better.
  • Inspect properties regularly to maintain high operational standards.
  • Identify and onboard reliable vendors for services and supplies.
  • Track expenses, revenue, and profits to keep finances in check.
  • Maintain a 4.8+ customer rating by ensuring top-notch service.
  • Think ahead, troubleshoot problems, and find ways to prevent future issues.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Activities:

  • Daily: Handle operations, customer interactions, and ensure SOPs are followed.
  • Weekly: Conduct team training, review finances, and inspect properties.
  • Monthly: Analyze revenue, manage expenses, and develop strategies for business growth.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service.
  • You’ve led a team of at least 15 people before.
  • You have 1+ years of experience in B2C field sales.
  • You understand vendor management and sourcing.
  • You communicate well in the local language and have strong people skills.
  • You’re flexible, willing to travel, and open to working longer hours if needed.
  • You own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for easy travel.
  • A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration (BBA), or MBA in Operations/Hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
