Job DescriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant and Corporate Communications SpecialistReports to: MD & CEOJob Overview: The Executive Assistant and Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the MD & CEO and other members of the executive team while also managing the company's internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the MD & CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as neededScreen and prioritize incoming calls and correspondence, responding as appropriatePrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentsArrange and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, and transportationPrepare and manage expense reportsAct as liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as outside organizationsAssist with special projects and perform other duties as assignedMaintaining Confidentiality of sensitive informationDevelop and execute internal and external communication plans and strategies to promote the company's image and reputationDraft and edit press releases, speeches, presentations and other communication materialsBuild and maintain relationships with media and other stakeholdersCoordinate and support events and other public relations activitiesQualifications:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience in Leadership Itinerary ManagementBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar roleExperience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related fieldAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independentlyDanieli India Limited (www.danieli.com) is currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Admin Team.
