Job Title:Technical Project ManagerOverview:The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end protocol development projects involving Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking: design, implementation, performance, reliability, and interoperability.This role requires hands-on coding skills in C/C++, Go, and/or Python, as well as the ability to define technical architecture/specifications for features such as VLANs, STP/MSTP, LACP, ARP, IPv4/IPv6, static and dynamic routing, MPLS, multicast, etc.The successful candidate will oversee integration with switching and routing hardware/software platforms, SDKs, drivers, and ensure alignment with underlying OS / kernel networking modules.Responsibilities include ensuring performance, scalability, low latency, robustness, and security in routing/switching / protocol behavior.The Technical Project Manager will also build, lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers working on Layer-2/Layer-3 network software.This includes defining roles and responsibilities, setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, promoting skills growth, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, quality, and accountability.Additionally, this role involves managing project scope, deliverables, timelines, dependency management, risk mitigation, maintaining visibility to senior leadership, providing status updates, escalating issues appropriately, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining high standards for documentation.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban is highly desirable.About Us:ACL Digital is a leading technology company that provides innovative solutions for various industries.
