Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections. As the link between clients and stakeholders, you will coordinate various data collection methods, regional regulations, and collaborate with hardware partners, installers, and internal teams.This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will take full responsibility for your work and outcomes, focusing on finding solutions rather than highlighting obstacles.The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company. They will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects.Key responsibilities include:Project Coordination: Ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Information Gathering: Collect and organize all project-related information.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data.BenefitsThis is a remote position with flexible working hours.
