Proficiency in design software, particularly STAAD, MBS, AutoCAD/ZW CAD, and MS office suit, is also essential.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to address complex structural challenges are necessary qualities for this role.Additionally, this position requires active participation in project meetings and presenting design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders.Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices is crucial to enhance design methodologies and drive innovation in project delivery.Required qualifications include a B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering or M-Tech in Structural Engineering, along with 4-8 years of experience in the estimation and design of pre-engineered steel buildings/Structural – Steel buildings.
