Digital Product Solutions Lead

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team and drive next-generation architecture for customer-facing digital products.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solutioning for Tier 1 BFS organizations, with a strong understanding of the mortgage domain lifecycle.The successful Solution Architect will be responsible for reviewing customer-provided information and outside sources to identify potential issues and develop approaches to solving these problems.They will stay current on the latest technologies and solutions in the BPM and Digital CX/Transformation space, proposing new and innovative solutions to complex challenges.This includes defining and driving the solution direction of prospective business opportunities, developing win themes/strategies, and providing leadership for proposals, client meetings, and strategic pursuits.The candidate will also review RFP documents to understand scope of work and customer needs, developing an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response.In addition, they will support proactive pitches, client workshops, and proposal defense, perform effort estimation using information provided as part of the solicitation documentation, and develop lifecycle cost comparison models to support decisions.The successful candidate will communicate solutions with customers, management, and teaming partners, including presentations, white papers, meetings, and further discussions.Desired skills include experience within US Mortgage servicing & post-close deal solutioning, with a graduate degree required.Benefits of this role include the opportunity to work with clients to drive next-gen architecture, develop innovative solutions, and be a subject matter expert in a fast-paced growing environment.
