Our goal is to transform education by providing personalized learning experiences that transcend traditional classrooms by catering to individual learning needs and to drive significant improvements in learning outcomes.Reporting to : Director of ProductWork Arrangement : Work from OfficeRole Overview:As a Product Manager at ALLEN Digital, you will play a key role in building a cutting-edge education platform that brings the best of offline learning to the digital world—focused on personalization, engagement, and scalable outcomes.You’ll work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and user experience—leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful product solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the digital learning journey for millions of students across India, using data and innovation to solve real problems in education.Job Responsibilities:● Customer Oriented: You empathize. You are obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer● A Go-Getter: You internalize the business goals, understand the user behavior, conceptualize using first principles, back it up with data, design and deliver product solutions to solve business problems.● Analytical and a Problem Solver: You monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.● A Leader: You demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional teams (business, operations, analytics, design, engineering) in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment where requirements might change as we learn more about the user.● A Seeker of Absolute Truth: You ask for critical feedback. Collect data, analyze and draw insights to inform product direction and make better product decisions● An Owner: You own, drive and execute on the product road map. You clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences – internal and externalWhat we are looking for:● Bachelor’s degree from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs).● MBA from Tier I B-schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable● 2-4 years of prior product experience● Experience in delivering software products (from ideation to delivery) is a must● Prior experience of building consumer products from scratch (and not just minor optimizations) is a massive plus● Strong understanding of business and product metrics, logical problem-solving skills, and deepinsight into consumer behavior are essential.● Must be highly motivated to solve meaningful problems in the EdTech space for students, teachers, and parents.Why Join us:Join us in shaping the future of learning.
