Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Springfield Properties in Bengaluru. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits administration
Personnel Management expertise
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience with HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress
Stay up to date on hiring trends and innovative recruitment strategies
