Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential or mixed-use construction projects, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving look-ahead planning, tracking progress, overseeing execution, and ensuring quality and timeliness.The role requires strong understanding of RCC works, finishes, site coordination, and quality systems, as well as exposure to lean construction, pull planning, or structured scheduling.The candidate should be comfortable working with digital tools, such as Excel, MS Project / Primavera, BIM viewers, or site-tech tools, and have the ability to guide, mentor, and lead junior engineers.This is an exciting opportunity for a long-term career growth within a developer-led organization.Key Responsibilities:Driving look-ahead planning (2-week / 4-week) aligned with master schedulesTracking progress vs plan and proactively highlighting risks and constraintsOverseeing execution of assigned work fronts to ensure quality and timelinessEnsuring works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specificationsCoordinating with consultants (Architect, Structural, MEP) for drawings and clarificationsGuiding and supervising junior engineers and site staffSupporting pull-planning, sequencing, and productivity improvement initiativesQualifications & Ideal Profile:Minimum 8+ years of experience in residential or mixed-use construction projectsStrong understanding of RCC works, finishes, site coordination, and quality systemsExposure to lean construction, pull planning, or structured schedulingComfortable working with digital toolsAbility to guide, mentor, and lead junior engineersAbout The RoleThis is a key position that requires a professional with excellent project management skills, who can lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results.We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
