If you're passionate about evidence strategy, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to make a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to do work that matters.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead non-interventional studies using real-world data aligned with Integrated Evidence PlansDevelop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to analysis and interpretationEnsure scientific rigor in evidence strategy, study design, and analytical approachesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape evidence generationSupport creation and execution of innovative evidence strategies and methodologiesStay current with trends, technologies, and insights to drive evidence innovationProvide scientific oversight for country-level studies and publicationsEssential RequirementsAdvanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred3+ years' experience in evidence generation within pharma, academia, or healthcareProven ability to design and deliver non-interventional studies using real-world dataStrong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesExcellent collaboration and influencing skills in a global matrix environmentResults-driven mindset with ability to meet deadlines in dynamic settingsSkills DesiredAutomation, Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Computer Programming, Metadata Management, Statistical Analysis
