Job Title: Project Governance ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives. Your expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) will enable you to streamline project delivery and improve outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance: Own and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Portfolio Management: Lead development of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Data Analysis: Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Communication: Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Talent Development: Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Process Improvement: Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.PMO Process Refining: Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:A minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Experience in financial management for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred.
