Oracle Technical Project Manager Job OverviewAs an Oracle technical project manager, you will lead multiple technical projects and ensure their successful completion within budget constraints. You will be responsible for managing resources, risks, and project progress while maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Direct, manage, and control multiple technical projects, aligning project plans and activities with relevant workgroups to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.Communication and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular and accurate project updates to diverse audiences, including project team members, leaders, and executive steering committees.Risk and Resource Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, risks, and resource requirements, adjusting and mitigating issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.Collaboration and Teamwork: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business partners, external vendors, and internal teams. Collaborate with various stakeholders in a transparent manner, seeking consensus where possible and negotiating through adversity when needed.Financial Management: Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and resource allocation, while closely monitoring key financial performance indicators to make informed decisions and achieve project success.Multimethod Project Management: Execute projects within a hybrid environment that utilizes both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.Continuous Improvement: Learn and utilize project management tools and processes.
